The High school first open its door to our youth in 1996.We started with only the grade 7 which had 6 students. We now have an average of 50 students from grade 7 to 11. The school was named Ratihen:te which means The Leaders.We are situated in Kanesatake,a little Mohawk community, by the Lake of Two Mountains.Our system is recognized by the MEQ and our youth can also learn about their culture and heritage.
